Stale Content Loading in Studio

We are currently aware of multiple issues in Studio, related to loading stale content including but not limited to:

  1. Flipping from Live to On Demand (you may see issues loading the On Demand media file or playback of only part of the media)
  2. Generating webcast recordings (.MP4 via the Webcast Recorder Feature) and exporting media
  3. Reuploading a PowerPoint with the same file name (as a workaround, please upload the file with a new file name, which should resolve)
  4. The media editor not loading properly
  5. Media files uploaded to the presenter console may display error "unplayable". Workaround is to delete old staffer link and create a new one.

If you see any of these or similar issues, please immediately escalate to Solutions Support to assist with resolving that individual instance of the issue. 

Note: Live webcasts are not affected. Development has identified the cause of the issue and is working with our 3rd party vendor on resolution with the highest priority.
