Stale Content Loading in Studio
We are currently aware of multiple issues in Studio, related to loading stale content including but not limited to:
- Flipping from Live to On Demand (you may see issues loading the On Demand media file or playback of only part of the media)
- Generating webcast recordings (.MP4 via the Webcast Recorder Feature) and exporting media
- Reuploading a PowerPoint with the same file name (as a workaround, please upload the file with a new file name, which should resolve)
- The media editor not loading properly
- Media files uploaded to the presenter console may display error "unplayable". Workaround is to delete old staffer link and create a new one.
If you see any of these or similar issues, please immediately escalate to Solutions Support to assist with resolving that individual instance of the issue.
Note: Live webcasts are not affected. Development has identified the cause of the issue and is working with our 3rd party vendor on resolution with the highest priority.
