Staff Profile Picture showing a square in Staff listing

When adding a staff member in Studio and there is a space in front of the staff members first name, the below box image will appear for the staff member. Once a profile picture is uploaded for the user, the box will display the user's uploaded image. Also, if no profile picture is uploaded, once the space is removed the staffer’s initial will appear as expected.
