Option 2 - Best utilized for screen demos or in instances where the presenters are on a stage doing a lot of movement

Video Type: MP4
Video Codec/Format: H.264
Video Frame Rate: 30 fps
Video Frame Size: 1280x720
Video Bit Rate: 1600 kbps
Audio Format: AAC
Audio Channels: 2 (i.e. Stereo)
Audio Sample Rate: 44100
Audio Bit Rate: 128kbps
