Studio Accessible Layout Enhancements

Studio Accessible Layouts now display full Speaker Bio details in a slide-out overlay when clicking on each photo in the Speakers section.

When using the Studio Accessible Layouts, users in the Presenter Console can choose to pop out their Q&A panel to open a new browser tab for ease of use and better management for high-volume moderation.

Promote Attendee to Stage is now available to enable when using Studio Accessible Layouts within Digital Event (VX) Studio Sessions, in addition to the previously supported standalone Studio Webcasts.

The media player within the Studio Accessible Layout is updated with additional keyboard and screen reader accessibility improvements.

On-Demand Attendee Checkpoints

Existing Attendee Checkpoint functionality is expanded to optionally be enabled during the On Demand period as well for both standalone Studio Webcasts and Digital Event (VX) Studio Sessions.

Additional Platform Updates
- When adding and selecting items in the CMS, all items will now display per category, where previously there were limitations on displaying high volumes of assets
