Message tab is hidden for webcasts that do not require registration

When registration is not required, the “Messaging” section will be hidden from Studio Webcasting and no longer display as a step.

If the webcast has any future scheduled email distributions, those will be disabled when registration is not required. The email itself is not deleted, just any scheduled distributions.

If you need to revert the webcast back to required registration, the previously scheduled distribution will need to be reconfigured.
