Question: Why are there red boxes appearing around the Start and End Date Time Fields when creating a Data Transfer Schedule?
Answer: Red boxes will appear around the Start Date and/or End Date times until the times are updated. This is to prevent creating an improper schedule (such as one with the End Date/Time before the Start Date/Time). To remove the red boxes, update the times listed. If you do not wish to update one of the time fields and the date/time is not in the past, you may click Save to schedule the transfer as-is.
Additionally, a red box may appear around the time field if the time is input in an incorrect format. Times must be inserted using a 12-hour clock, in HH:MM AM/PM format.
For best results, select the "clock" icon to use the drop down menu for time selection.
