Can Custom User Fields (aka UDFs) be copied between Tenants?

Q. Is it possible to copy Custom User Fields (aka UDFs) from one Tenant to another Tenant?

 A. Custom User Fields (aka UDFs) can only be copied when a new Tenant is created. The new Tenant must be copied from the existing Tenant in order for the fields to copy. It is not possible to copy Custom User Fields from one existing tenant to another existing tenant.
