How to Log into the Admin Console
Securely login to your account to create and manage your projects and events.
After creating your account, you can login to the Brandlive Admin Console to begin creating and editing events. Users logging in via Single Sign-On will use this method to access Greenroom as a Producer as well.
Login with Magic Link
First, go to login.brandlive.com where you'll be prompted to enter your email address:
Click 'Continue.'
Head to your email inbox and look for an email from sender "Brandlive," with the subject "Sign into Brandlive."
Click the link in the email to be seamlessly redirected into the Admin Console.
Login with Email & Password
First, go to login.brandlive.com where you'll be prompted to enter your email address:
After clicking 'Continue,' bypass the magic link flow by selecting 'Use Password':
Enter your password and you'll be directed into the Admin Console.
Login with Single Sign-On
First, go to login.brandlive.com where you'll be prompted to enter your email address.
If your channel is set up with OIDC, SAML, or Oauth 2 Single Sign On, you will be redirected to login with your SSO Platform, before entering the Admin Console.
Click 'Continue with [SSO Provider]' to sign in with SSO and access the Admin Console.
Accessing Multiple Channels
If you subscribe to multiple Brandlive channels, you can switch between channels by hovering over the channel switcher on the left side of the screen when in the Admin Console:
A menu will appear containing the other channels you have access to. Select the channel you'd like to from the dropdown menu. You can also use the search bar at the bottom of the navigation to locate the channel you'd like to access.
