APAC Data Center Migration for Studio and VX - March 7, 2025

Brandlive is transitioning its APAC data center operations to the Google Cloud Platform. The migration will start March 7 at 10:30 a.m. CT and continue until March 7, 5:30 p.m. CT.

This migration is specific to Studio Webcasting and Virtual Events (VX) on our APAC Data Center ONLY. Events on the U.S. GCP environment were previously migrated and are not included in this change. This will not impact the Brandlive platform or Greenroom events.

Events and webcasts should not be scheduled for Studio and Virtual Events (VX) during this migration window as you and your audience may experience inaccessibility. Please proactively communicate this information to your customers and audiences to ensure they are aware of this downtime. 

During maintenance periods, you may experience periods of inaccessibility in your environments including events, data portals, space builders, admin portals, API calls, and registrations. Also, note that the maintenance period may extend beyond the scheduled time. Please be assured that the uptime of our systems is our highest priority. Although we cannot eliminate 100% of all downtime, please know that these maintenance procedures are necessary for us to administer proactive replacement and preventative measures that will help ensure the uptime of our systems.
