Hostname Wildcard Pattern Update for APAC GCP Studio IP-Based Bypasses - March 7, 2025

On Friday, March 7, 2025 a new ingest hostname wildcard pattern for Studio on APAC GCP will go into effect. This migration is specific to Studio Webcasting events on our APAC Data Center ONLY. Studio Webcasting events on the U.S. GCP environment were previously migrated and are not included in this change. This will not impact the Brandlive platform or Greenroom events.

All ZScaler, VPN, Proxy, Firewall and Inspection rules, that have IP-based bypasses in place, for Studio's ingest server IP addresses:

54.250.31.202 (ING01.APAC)
54.250.18.165 (ING02.APAC)

Need to be updated to ADD our new ingest hostname wildcard pattern

*ing.apac.onlinexperiences.com

Adding this entry will seamlessly allow the transition of Studio's ingest servers as we migrate our architecture to the cloud.
