Important Change Coming Soon for Studio, VX and Video Portal Customers! Deprecation of Registration URLs using the "ShowKey" parameter.

NOTE: This update has been moved to April 11, 2025.

Please note that as of April 11, 2025, VX, Studio and Video Portal registration page URLs using the "ShowKey" parameter will no longer work. Please ensure you are using registration page URLs copied from the registration page editors or "Links" dashboard directly.

For example:
The following link format is being removed:
https://onlinexperiences.com/Launch/QReg.htm?ShowKey=XXXXXX

The following link format should be used moving forward:
https://onlinexperiences.com/Launch/QReg/ShowUUID=XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Please review and update your marketing materials, attendee communications and event site pages (such as the "Register Now" links on your event login pages) prior to April 11th.

Note: This change only applies to the URL. The registration pages will remain within the platform. Additionally, this change does not apply to login page URLs.

 

IMPORTANT UPDATE (4/2/25):
On Friday, April 11th, during scheduled maintenance, Brandlive Technical Teams will be updating all parse variable links found on login/logout pages and email templates from /Launch/QReg.htm?ShowKey=::{ShowKey} to /Launch/QReg/ShowUUID=$[ShowUUID]$. This change will only apply to links with the ShowKey variable (::{ShowKey}) on the login/logout pages and email templates. Therefore, if you are aware of another area that uses this variable OR if the link is hard-coded with a ShowKey, then please update manually.
