A: Yes. The 2-Factor Authorization email can be resent if a user did not receive the email or accidentally deleted it before confirming their registration. Below are steps to resend the authorization email.

  1. Open Tools >> Registration Options >> Activity
  2. Search for the user's email address
  3. Confirm they are listed as Pending
  4. Select the user's name to open the Registration Edit menu
  5. Click the Resend Two-Factor Opt In Email button
  6. The alert below will appear confirming the authorization email has been sent to the registrant
