Question: Can I allow an attendee to change their custom password after registration?

Answer: Yes. It is possible to send attendees a password reset email to update their custom password. Be advised, this should only be done if registration and login require a password to submit the forms.

If your webcast only requires an email address for registration and login but does not require a password, DO NOT proceed with these steps.

  1. Enter existing standalone webcast from Studio Webcasting home page
  2. Select Tools > Users

  3. Enter the email address for the registrant and click SEARCH
  4. Select the user's name from the list
  5. Select the button under password to RESET AND SEND EMAIL to trigger a password reset and email the attendee with a link to reset their custom password
