September 2018 Product Update Information (13.9 Release)

Attached is a summary of some of the larger enhancements from the September 2018 release.  

Additionally, an overview of the new Q&A STUDIO tool can be seen in the blog.  Staffers can categorize questions into folders and access a viewer’s question history. Attendees can now see the questions they submitted, and back-and-forth exchanges can be housed in threaded responses.  Please work with Solutions or your Services team to update any STUDIO template with the new Q&A panel.
