The DASHBOARD report offers many insights into the metrics for your webcast, let’s look at what each box shows.
This first box shows the title of the webcast and the start and end dates for access. NOTE: The webcast time will display based on the time zone the admin user who is accessing this data has identified in their profile.
This box shows the current status of the presentation. If the presentation has not run, you will see a countdown to the live day and time.
If the presentation has run and a Media Version has been generated, you will see the duration of the Main Media and see it as “ARCHIVED” if it has not been set on demand yet.
Lastly, if the presentation has been switched to On Demand, you will see it as “ON DEMAND”.
The next row of boxes show registration and attendance data. Clicking on any of the first 3 boxes will open sortable User reports that you can export as a CSV file.
The first box, "TOTAL REGISTRANTS" will open the report “USERS THAT REGISTERED FOR THE WEBCAST”.
