Following Content, Managing Subscriptions and Viewing Tickets in the Solution Center Knowledge Base

To follow content, manage subscriptions and view tickets in the Solution Center Knowledge Base, you must first create an end-user. Click "Sign In" from the top right corner of the Solution Center, then click "Sign Up".

Following Content

You can follow sections and articles in the knowledge base. When you follow content, you are subscribing to it, so that you will be notified by email when new articles, posts, or comments are added.

You can stop following content at any time. You can also view all the content you're following in one place and manage your subscriptions there.

To follow a section or topic

  1. Navigate to the section or topic.
  2. Click the Follow, then choose notifications for only new articles or for new articles and comments. Updates to existing articles will be sent out via comments. It is highly recommended to always select "New articles and comments" so that you do not miss important updates to existing articles.

To follow an article or post

  1. Navigate to the article or post.
  2. Click the Follow

You will receive email notifications for any new comments on the article or post.

You can view and modify all your subscriptions in one place (under My activities). You must be signed in as an end-user to manage your subscriptions.

Viewing and managing your subscriptions

To manage your subscriptions

  1. Click your profile icon on the upper-right side of any page, and then click My activities.

Note: You must be signed in as an end-user to see the link.

  1. Click Following.
  2. Make any changes to your subscriptions.

Unsubscribing removes the subscription from the page.

 Viewing and Updating Tickets

To view ticket details, responses, status updates and to make new comments, click your profile icon on the upper-right side of any page, and then click My activities.

Note: You must be signed in as an end-user to see the link.

Under My Activities, tickets will be visible under the My Requests tab. 

To view tickets you are cc'd on, click "Requests I'm CC'd on".

If you are associated with multiple organizations or have visibility to view all tickets submitted by your organization, click "Organization Requests".
