I am not receiving the Confirmation Mail inspite of registering in the event.

If you are registering through the Brandlive registration page, please make sure that the "Disable Trigger" is Turned off.

If the registration confirmation email has the trigger disabled no emails will be sent upon registration.

The "Disable Trigger" button should be unchecked in order to trigger the registration confirmations and have them send automatically once a user is registered. inline422945239.png
