How to Find the Diagnostic Information of a Webcast?

1. Click the overview tab and scroll to the end of the page. You'll find the diagnostic information for the webcast here. There is also a 'Copy' button in the diagnostics section if you need to easily copy all the data

Studio:

Click the gear icon in the top left of the webcast screen.

From the menu that opens, click 'Overview'

The diagnostic page will display the webcasts main information such as the showkey. You can quickly copy all this information form the top right of this page as well.
