Can you add Chapters to a recording?

Yes. First, follow the steps to add Chapters found here:  What are Chapters?

Then, go to the Media Editor and Add New Slide at the time you would like for the Chapter to be.  

Select the Chapter Slide in the dropdown. You can also edit the time if needed. Click Save.
