How are Lobby Experience widgets added, removed, and rearranged?

A Lobby Experience Base Template is added to each Lobby-enabled tenant and populated with recommended and popular widgets. The labels and types of widgets can be edited and rearranged within the rows on the page, a custom top bar logo & background image can be uploaded as needed, and then a local Lobby Experience template created from this setup will be used on future webcasts within the tenant. Note, more templates with different Lobby branding and widget layouts can be created for an additional cost. Please connect with your Account Manager for details.

Please see the Lobby Experience Informational Guide for instructions on editing, adding, or deleting the different widgets within the Pre or Post Lobby locations.

For the overall layout, each individual widget within the Pre Lobby and Post Lobby is arranged on the page in rows. There is no limit to the number of rows that can be created, and there can be either one (1) or two (2) widgets per row:
