How to Configure Cisco Conference Rooms

Brandlive offers a Greenroom integration with Cisco RoomOS devices. This allows presenters to run Greenroom directly off their conference room devices, as well as use their personal laptops in “Companion Mode” if desired.

Configuration steps:

• Request help from IT, or ensure that you are an administrator for your Cisco devices, with the ability to manage the touchpanel.
• Using your Cisco devices admin panel, you’ll want to remotely run a macro onto the particular conference room devices that you plan to use Greenroom with.
• Ask Brandlive to provide you with a macro if needed
• Note: URL that the Macro will load onto your devices: https://login.brandlive.com/conference-auth
• Once you run the Macro, you’ll see a new icon populate on your conference room(s) touch panel.
• Click on the “Greenroom” icon, and you’re ready to go!
