In-Person Attendee Experience

Brandlive offers the option to have a hybrid project, tailoring the experience for in-person vs virtual attendees. Collect registrations across your audience and allow your in-person attendees to take advantage of your virtual content with our In-Person Attendance toggle. Selecting In-Person Attendance will hide the live broadcasts from users while still allowing them to view other content and interact with virtual attendees. Utilizing this feature can help reduce network saturation and noise control for your in-room audience.

Configuring on Registration Page

In the site editor, navigate to the Registration menu. Under Settings > Advanced, you will find the toggle for "Enable in person attendee mode". This toggle allows attendees to select how they will attend the event for a seamless experience no matter where they are.

Interactivity and Mobile View

Attendees logging in and viewing your project with "In-Person" toggled on their profile will keep them from receiving any session streams, but allows them to continue to interact with other platform engagement features.
