Customizing Your Registration Form
In this article, you'll learn how to customize your default form on Webinar+, either by editing the existing form or embedding a custom form from a third-party app.
Step 1:
Begin by examining the default form provided by Hubilo.
Step 2:
You're free to edit this form by clicking on manage form fields.
Step 3:
You have two choices: stick with the Webinar+ registration form or embed your custom form.
Editing the Default Form
Step 1:
Navigate to the 'Manage form fields' section. You will see pre-existing fields like first name, last name, and email.
Step 2:
To add more form fields, click on the "manage form field" button.
Step 3:
Select the fields you need, like phone number, job title, and organization.
Step 4:
After adding the necessary fields, save your changes. They’ll reflect in real time.
Embedding a Custom Form
If using a third-party app (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), copy the iframe code for the respective MAP tool you are using
Step 1:
Paste the iframe code of the form. It’ll immediately reflect on the live feed in real time.
And that's it! Your new form is now live.
