Customizing the Hero Section

This article will guide you through customizing the Hero section of your webpage for a striking first impression.

Step 1:
Navigate to the Hero section at the top of your page.

Step 2:
Observe the three options available for background customization: solid color, image, or video as per below configuration.

Image: 

• Aspect Ratio: 16:9
• Max File Size: 5MB
• Format: .jpg, .jpeg, .png and .webp

Video:

• Aspect Ratio: 16:9
• Size: 1920 × 1080 px
• Duration: Up to 15-30 seconds
• Max File Size: 20MB
• Format: MP4

Applying an Image

Step 1:
Click on the image option.

Step 2:
Choose to upload an image.

Step 3:
Select a new image.

Step 4:
Use the cropping tool to adjust the image to your preference.

Step 5:
Crop and apply the image.

Step 6:
Choose to apply a dark or light dimmer based on your brand preference.  Observe how the dimmer makes the content more readable and accessible.

Applying a video

Step 1:
Click on the video option.

Step 2:
Choose to upload a video.

Step 3:
Select a new video from file explorer.

Step 4:
The video gets applied
 

Once the background is configured we can make other adjustments:
On the Hero section you can change the heading and description.

Step 01:
Update the heading.

Step 02:
You can also Change color for the heading.

Step 03:
Update the description.

Step 04:
You can also go ahead and add a calendar button.
