How to manage your event schedule?
In Webinar+, when you are attending events, you can add your sessions, and 1:1 Meetings to your schedule and/or block certain timings on your schedule and download your event schedule as a PDF or .ics file.
Adding Sessions to your Schedule/Calendar:
You can add sessions to your schedule by clicking on the 'Add to My Schedule' icon on the session.
You can also add the session to your personal calendars by clicking on 'Add to Your Calendar' option.
You can select the calendar to which you want to add the session to and turn on Block the slots for meetings during the session:
The session is added to your event schedule which you can view by clicking on 'My Schedule' option:
Adding 1:1 meetings to your Schedule/Calendar:
Your 1:1 meetings will be added to your schedule. You will be able to find both 'Accepted' and 'Pending' meetings in 'My Schedule'.
Click on the calendar icon to add a meeting to your external calendar.
Removing meeting from Schedule:
Attendees can now remove meetings from the schedule while canceling/withdrawing/declining or pending meetings after the meeting end time
While canceling/withdrawing/declining or removing pending meetings after the meeting scheduled time has passed, you can check the box to remove the invite from his schedule.
Block time in your Schedule/Calendar:
You can block certain times during the event by selecting the time on your schedule so that no meetings can be scheduled during that time.
You can block the calendar every day at the same time by selecting 'Every Day' or you can block the time as a one-off by selecting 'Does not repeat'.
Download your Schedule/Calendar:
You can download your Schedule by clicking on the 'Download' option in 'My Schedule'.
Download PDF:
You can download your Schedule as a PDF by clicking on Download > Download PDF, which you can later print and take with you to a physical event.
The downloaded PDF will contain the following information:
Event name
Event Location (if the event is Hybrid or if the event location is updated by the organizer)
Event Dates
Organization Name & Designation of the attendees with whom the meeting is scheduled.
Name of the Attendee whose calendar is downloaded.
Meeting date, time & duration along with the meeting location if it is uploaded by the organizer.
Session date, time & duration along with the session location if it is uploaded by the organizer.
The calendar should show a day-wise breakdown of the event.
The template is adapted to an A4 sheet layout.
Download as .ics file:
You can download a .ics file that you can sync with an external calendar of your choice manually.
Download Excel :
You can download your Schedule as an Excel and CSV by clicking on Download > Download Excel or CSV file, which you can later print and take with you to a physical event.
Event name
Event Location (if the event is Hybrid or if the event location is updated by the organizer)

Organization Name & Designation of the attendees with whom the meeting is scheduled.
Name of the Attendee whose calendar is downloaded.
Meeting date, time & duration along with the meeting location if it is uploaded by the organizer.

Note:
Blocked ‘My Schedule’ timings will not show in the download calendar as a PDF.
Download PDF will only show accepted meetings.
The calendar is based on local time defined by the user for the event.
Multi-Lingual Support is not available on the download calendar as a PDF.
If no meetings or sessions are added to my Schedule, the PDF / .ics file generated will also appear empty by default.

The organization Name and Designation of the attendees with whom the meetings are confirmed are not available for .ics files and will be available under PDF only.
