How to map the fields of Hubs Forms to HubSpot Fields

After connecting your HubSpot account to Media+, you'll need to complete the integration setup before importing forms from HubSpot into Webinar+. 

This setup involves two key steps: Field Mapping and Activity Mapping. Here’s how you can complete the Field mapping:

1. Field mapping:
   In the Field Mapping section, you'll find all the HubSpot profile fields listed in the left-hand column, and the corresponding Hubs fields—such as First Name, Last Name, and Email—in the right-hand column.

   

2. Mapping additional HubSpot fields:
   You can map additional HubSpot fields to Hubs by selecting the appropriate field type from the dropdown menu. You can either scroll through the list or use the search option to find a specific field. 

   

3. Adding custom fields:
   If a field you need is not listed, you can create it by clicking the "Add Custom Field" button. You can edit the name, type, and other data in the right-side panel. After customizing the field, click the “Add” button to save your mapped form field.

   

By completing these steps, you’ll ensure that the form fields from HubSpot and Hubs are properly aligned for smooth data integration.
