What are community banners?
To add community banners to your Virtual Event Platform follow the steps below:
On the Virtual Pro platform:
Step 1: After you log in to Virtual Pro Dashboard click on "Settings" > "Branding" and you will get the option to add a "Community Banner"
Step 2: Click on 'Add Banner' and add the desired banner but the image should be at least 1200 x 400 pixels and the size of the image should be a maximum of 5 MB.
You can add a maximum of 50 Community Banners. Multiple Banners can be added & they would be displayed in an automated sliding format. You can use the forward & reverse arrows to manually change the Banners as well.
