How to edit the imported form

After successfully importing and setting up your form, you can link it to any media file of your choice. If you need to modify the form or update the activity mappings, follow these steps:

Editing Linked or Published Forms in Hubs

1. Navigate to the Lead Forms Section:
   Go to the “Lead Forms” section under the Hubs tab and select the form you wish to edit.
2. Go to the Form Details Page:
   You will be directed to the form’s details page, where you can manage and edit the form settings.
3. Edit Form Settings:
   On the left panel, you can switch between different settings such as Edit Form, Field Mapping, Activity Mapping, and Link to Media. 

• Edit Form: Modify the form title and manage the form fields here. Once you've made your changes, click the “Save & Publish” button at the bottom to apply them.

  

• Field Mapping: Map the fields in your Media+ form to corresponding HubSpot fields. Click “Save & Publish” to update your mappings.

  

• Activity Mapping: Enable the activities you want to sync with HubSpot.

  

• Link to Media: Select a media file from your list to link with the form. Click “Save & Publish” to save the link.
