What Engagement features are available?

Admins can configure engagement features per piece of media in Hubs.

Open Media Details, and from the left side menu, click "Engagement".

Conversion Prompts

Conversion Prompt allows users to generate demand/retention by redirecting the users to a certain link. If such a prompt has been used in the webinar/event, enabling this option will show the same prompt to a media viewer. 

Interactive Engagement

In the case of Interactive Engagement Features, an organizer can allow viewers to ask questions while they are watching any media file. 

The questions asked by the viewers will be available in Hubs dashboard

Ask a Question

Ask a question allows a viewer to write and share a question while they are watching a media/video. 

A viewer can ask any number of questions and these questions are then available in the organizer dashboard against the name of the viewers, the name of the media along with the time stamp of question submission.
