Uploading & Adding/removing slides in Webinar+ Broadcasting Studio

Note - Slide Upload is only available exclusively for Webinar+ Broadcasting Studio in Webinar+

How to set up Slide on Webinar+ Broadcasting Studio:

Step 1: 
Option A: Go to menu option on the right side > Select Presentation > Click on Add Presentation.

Option B: Click on “screen sharing” icon on bottom tool bar > Select “Upload Presentation”. Which will launch the local file selector.

Step 2: Once you select the file and it starts uploading, you can:

 

  • Rename the file (Marked as A)
  • Tick the checkbox to Share the presentation as a resource so attendees and other panelists can download (Marked as B)


Step 3: Once the file is uploaded, it goes into a conversion state and would be available to stream in a few minutes

What all can be done with the more option:

  • Edit
    Rename the uploaded slide deck to keep your files easily recognizable. Simply click "Edit," enter the new name, and click save.
  • Preview
    Open a quick preview of the uploaded slides to ensure everything appears as expected.
  • Manage presenters
    Assign access to speakers so they can view or control the slides during the webinar. Useful when working with multiple speakers or co-hosts.
  • Download
    Download the uploaded slide file to your device.
  • Delete
    Remove the slide file from your event. This action is permanent and should be used when the slide is no longer needed or was uploaded incorrectly.
