Lead levels - Lead Scoring

Lead Score is a new feature that helps organizers prioritize their leads based on the likelihood of becoming a paying customer.

 

In Lead Score > Lead Level, organizer can set the range of the levels as needed.

There are 3 default levels with default ranges set:

  • Low: Lead Score between 0-30

  • Medium: Lead Score between 31-60

  • High: Lead Score > 60

  • Organizers can rename the lead level labels.

  • Organizers can click and drag the scroll bar to set the limit.

  • The lead level set will be same for both Live and On-Demand.
