Feature Overview: Stylepacks

Stylepacks in Greenroom make it easy to deliver visually elevated shows without the heavy lifting. Each pack offers a curated graphic experience, giving your production a professional polish while maintaining the flexibility to reflect your brand or event theme.

Whether you're aiming for clean and modern, bold and colorful, or something entirely custom—Stylepacks offer a fast, efficient way to create an immersive visual identity across your entire show.

What’s Included in a Stylepack?

Every Stylepack comes loaded with the essential visual elements to support a fully branded broadcast. These include:

• Lowers: Branded lower-thirds to introduce speakers and display key titles

• Walkups: Animated intros that cue up presenters or sessions

• Segments: Section dividers to indicate content transitions

• Countdowns: Timers to cue your show start or break return (flexible timing options)

• Bookends: Graphics to open or close your show with welcome or thank-you messages

All elements are designed to work together visually, so your production looks intentional, cohesive, and on-brand from start to finish.

How to Access and Configure Stylepacks

• Navigate to Greenroom

• Open the Stylepacks Menu

  • Click the clapperboard/slate icon located in the top-right corner.

  • This opens the full Stylepacks library with visual previews of each pack’s components.

•  Select Your Pack

  • Choose a pack that fits your event’s tone or brand guidelines.

  • Users can filter by type or pack:
• By type – select from the different categories along the top to see various options
  EX. Clicking “Walkups” will display the options of walkup graphics across all of the 6 packs.
• By pack – select to see one specific pack and the different assets included
  EX. Clicking “Back to School” will show all of the different asset types for that one singular design pack.
  

Apply and Customize

• Drag onto Canvas just like a feed/media file. Once added to canvas, each asset can be further personalized within your chosen pack.

• Update presenter names, session titles, or swap in branded logos and colors based on your show requirements.

Content

Content is the core of your graphic—the elements your audience is meant to see and remember. This includes details such as presenter names, titles, descriptive text, and other on-screen messaging.

Style

Theme defines the visual identity of your graphic through its color palette and styling. Every Stylepack includes a collection of pre-built themes designed to complement the pack's overall look and feel, while also giving producers the flexibility to create custom themes tailored to their organization's brand.

Audio

Audio allows you to enhance your graphics with music and sound effects that help set the tone for your show. Many graphics include built-in audio elements, and all audio provided by Brandlive is royalty-free and ready for use. For greater creative control, producers can also replace or upload their own audio files, making it easy to align the experience with a specific brand, event theme, or audience.

Dynamic Chips & Lowers

Greenroom’s Chips and Lowers features make it easier than ever to add presenter graphics that are not only visually polished but also dynamically generated—no manual typing required.

Chips allows producers to create lower-third graphics that automatically populate key presenter information using their Greenroom profile. Once you select a presenter from the dropdown, details such as:

• First name

• Last name

• Full name

• Title

• Location

…are instantly generated in the graphic.

There’s also full flexibility to add custom text fields manually. Whether you’re pulling from profile data or entering something on the fly, Chips keeps your production fast, accurate, and on-brand.

In addition to Chips, when you drag a Lowers graphic into a shot that includes a presenter feed, Greenroom will automatically display that presenter’s name and title based on their profile. This provides a seamless experience, especially during live broadcasts where speed and clarity are essential.

Even though these fields auto-populate, you still have full creative control. Customize fonts, layouts, colors, and styles to match your show theme, brand, or event aesthetic.

Packs all come with built in themes but can then be customized like site editor themes. Themes are saved per Greenroom.

Once customized/dragged into shot the item becomes it’s own entity – it will not affect/change the other defaults. Feel free to get as custom as needed without sacrificing or affecting the rest of your library.
