Configuring Blank and Embed Modules

Brandlive supports two ways to embed custom HTML and third-party tools: Blank Modules on home and landing pages, and Embed Modules on session pages. These modules allow you to enhance the viewer experience with captions, sponsor content, or other custom elements—all directly within the platform.

Configuring Blank Modules on Landing/Home Pages

Step 1: Navigate to Your Page

  • From the Site Editor, select the Home or Landing page where you'd like your content to appear.

Step 2: Add a Custom Section

  • Click “+ Custom Section” at the bottom of the page.

  • Choose “Blank Module” from the available layout options.

  • Give your section a clear and recognizable name so you can easily find or update it later.

Step 3: Insert Your Code

  • In the new blank module, select “Edit” to open the code editor.

  • Paste your iframe, embed snippet, or any other custom HTML.

  • Click Save when you’re done.

Step 4: Preview & Adjust

  • Review the live preview to ensure your content appears as expected.

  • If needed, return to the editor to tweak your code or apply CSS styles to better match your event theme.

Configuring Embed Modules on Session Pages

Step 1: Navigate to Your Session Page

  • In the Site Editor, select the session you'd like to customize from your agenda.

Step 2: Add an Embed section

  • Scroll to the desired location within the session layout.

  • Click “Add” and choose the "Embed section" from the module library.

  • You may need to return to the module editor to adjust padding, height, width, or other stylization for the best visual fit.
