BrandTV Admin Overview
The BrandTV Admin Console is your content and webinar management hub. Create projects, grant user permissions, view analytics data, create integrations, and more. The Admin Console features several tabs to make managing your team and content easy.
Home
The home tab is a snapshot/dashboard of your entire channel.
Get quick snippets and previews of what’s upcoming, what’s trending and most watched, and a quick preview of high level stats.
Live
The Live tab contains your main project dashboard:
View upcoming and on-demand (past) projects, create new projects or edit existing ones, and create or manage project folders from this page.
Media
Media is your content you’d like to utilize on your BrandTV site. Import live or on demand channel projects, video files, or video URLs.

Audiences
The Audiences tab allows you to view and manage your Audience and Paid Lists.
Audience Lists allow you to create attendee lists to invite users to register via in-platform emails and gate registration to ensure attendees can only view content specific to them. Learn more about Audience Lists and gating here.
Sites
A Site in BrandTV is a customizable, branded video destination that allows organizations to organize and showcase their media in one centralized experience. From live events and Channel projects to uploaded videos and external links, Sites make it easy to build a curated streaming hub tailored to your audience and brand.

Stats
The Stats dashboard provides four tiers of data: site level, project level, audience level, and media level.
Site-level analytics provide insights into trends across all projects while project-level analytics provide data about a single project such as total views, registrations, and viewer retention. Media-level analytics provide a more granular look at data for a specific piece of Media in your site.
Filter analytics by Audience list or date range and download custom reports detailing Registrations, Page Views, Reactions, and more. You can also download full reports of Chat transcripts, Surveys, Questions, User Survey Feedback, and Document clicks.
Settings
Access Channel level settings, manage users, set up redirects, or create integrations.
In the Settings menu, you can edit your Channel information, add users or update permissions, and add URL redirects and API keys. Admins can also set up integrations by selecting Integrations from the profile menu.
