Editing and Customizing Media

Once your media has been imported, you still have complete control over how it’s presented to your audience. Update speaker information, apply categories and tags for better organization, select custom thumbnail images, and refine descriptions or transcripts to ensure your content is accurate, searchable, and on-brand. These customization options make it easy to enhance the viewing experience while keeping your content library organized and engaging.

How to Edit

First navigate to the Media tab from the BrandTV admin dashboard. Click on the specific piece of Media you would like to edit to open the Media details screen.

Available Media Elements:

• Title - if imported from Channel project, will transfer over
• Description - if imported from Channel project, will transfer over
• Speakers - if imported from Channel project, will transfer over
• Categories - if imported from Channel project, will transfer over
• Tags - if imported from Channel project, will transfer over
• Thumbnail
• Transcript
