Feature Overview: Analytics

Webinar+ captures all of your webinar data from registrations to watch time and engagement. Track your attendee data before, during, and after your project to see which content was most impactful or follow up with highly engaged leads. 

Within the Analytics menu, organisers can view 3 different types of dashboards. All reports can be exported by clicking "Download Report" on the tab you are viewing.

Registration

View your attendee information with stats such as registration count, sources, page views, and more.

Engagement Analytics

View session engagement details such as views live vs on demand, watch time, chats, questions, clicks, conversion prompts, and survey responses.

Lead Score

View your attendee's lead scores based on the assigned weight and level you granted various activities in your engagement settings.

Note: Lead Score analytics only display once your session stream has ended.
