Greenroom - Next Shot Delay + Add Shot Popup Stuck in Stream and Livestream mode

In Stream and Livestream modes, the "Next Shot" button may be slow to respond or advance multiple shots at once. Additionally, the "Add Shot" function may become unresponsive, appear after a delay, or reopen unexpectedly when closed. In some cases, switching to "Showbuilder" mode may also trigger the Add Shot popup unexpectedly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to Greenroom as Producer

2. Go to Stream Mode or Livestream Mode

3. Add a shot or try click Next Shot

4. Notice that it doesn't respond immediately, then jumps 2 shots at once.

5. Click Add Shot — notice it doesn't respond, then pops up late, and reopens if closed.

Workaround: The workaround is to open the shot menu on the right and select the shot you want to play and hit "Play Shot". If you see a delay, wait for the next shot to proceed and do not click it again.

BDEV-5768 has been entered. Once testing is complete, Product Management will review for a release date assignment.
