How to: Anonymize User Names

Take control of how attendee names appear with the Anonymize User Names feature. When enabled, this setting replaces attendee names with their initials, helping protect participant privacy while maintaining an engaging and interactive experience. Easily toggle this feature on or off to customize name visibility based on your event's needs.

How to Setup

From the Project Overview screen, navigate to project settings by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner. With the settings menu open, select Moderation from the left-side navigation.

Locate the toggle for "Anonymize user names" to enable.

Attendee Experience

With Anonymize User Name ON, only initials will display.

With Anonymize User Name OFF, full name will display.
