Q: Can my VCU dial into Studio as a source if it cannot accept inbound calls?

A: Yes. The VCU will need to dial out to a unique SIP address comprised of the showkey and eventkey for the webcast. The unique SIP address can be found in the webcast Diagnostic Information.

Be advised that the capitalization needs to match the SIP address exactly. For example, capitalizing the E or S before the domain can cause the unit to be unable to connect.
