Question: What are Uploaded Media Files in the Media Editor in Studio?

Answer:  Uploaded media files will populate in the Media Editor section for two reasons:

1. If the "Media File" source option was added as a Source, it will also populate in Uploaded Media Files.

2. If a media file was manually uploaded in "Uploaded Media Files" in the Media Editor section using the "+" icon.  Applicable, if the media file will be used as the main source media. Once the file has uploaded, click on the "Convert to adaptive media and use as main media" button so the media file can be used for simulive and/or on demand playback.

NOTE:  If used as the main source media, it will create a new media version in the Media Editor version list.
