Q: Am I able to increase the volume for all attendees in the webcast?

A: In the Monitor Tool under the Master Audio tab, you can increase the volume for all attendees. Inside the Master Audio tab are audio controls to increase volume, treble, bass, hipass and lowpass. This will adjust the volume for all sources streaming audio through the media panel during the webcast.

The audio quality will depend on the speaker’s microphone.  We recommend testing the volume increase as an attendee before using it during the live webcast to confirm the audio sounds good and does not become distorted after the increase.
