An Administrator or Speaker/Staffer can both manage Quick polls either in the Studio Webcasting Admin tool or the Presenter Console Tool.

Studio Webcasting Admin
Within Studio Webcasting Admin the Quick Poll option is located in the Content Section of the Left Sidebar. Once opened, the user can Add New or Edit a Quick poll. By inputting the Question Text and List of Answers and clicking save.

Within Studio the Quick Poll option is located in the Content Section of the Left Sidebar. Once opened, the user can Add New or Edit a Quick poll. By inputting the Question Text and List of Answers and clicking save.
Simply add the Poll Question, select a answer format, and add your Answers for your audience to engage with. Click Save.
You can reorder the Quick Polls in the Content Sidebar list to match the order you would like to use them in the presentation.
Upon saving the Quick Poll, it will be available as a Card in the Quick Polls panel. This will be the area from which your presenters will control the Quick Polls during the webcast presentation.
Presenter Console - Quick Polls as part of the Webcast
While the webcast is started, you may choose to push a Quick Poll to your audience for live interaction. Clicking the START action will activate the Quick Poll into the polling tab. The active Poll card will be highlighted in the panel.
When the audience participant submits a answer, the presenter console will instantly reflect the incoming answers to the presenter.
When the presenter is ready, they can choose to show the results back to the entire audience by clicking RESULTS button. Note that this is optional step and is not required.
When the presenter decides to move on from the poll, they can click CLOSE to remove the results display.
When using the Workspace option, the Quick polls will appear to the audience in a full screen panel. This panel will close when the Presenter makes the CLOSE command. The user can manually close the panel if they wish.
Editing Tools
Using the Cue Point Editor or the Media Editor, you can adjust/add/delete the Cue Points for Quick Polls.

Reporting
All the Quick Polling data is available in the Polling Questions Report within the Metrics Portal for each webcast. Both Quick Poll and Slide Polls will appear in this area.

Can I use both Slide Polling and Quick Polling together in a presentation?
- Yes, both polling options can be made available as long as the layout supports the slide panel.

Can I add a Quick Poll when my webcast is running live?
- Yes, adding a poll while live will show the poll card in timeline panel.

If I delete the Quick Poll, will I lose all the data?
- Yes, do not delete unless you are 100% sure.

Can I add Quick Polls to a OnDemand webcast.
- Yes, first create the Quick Polls and then use either the CuePoint Editor or the Media Editor to add Quick Poll Actions to the OnDemand Webcast.

If I copy a webcast, will the Quick Polls copy with it?
- Yes, the Poll entities will copy to the new webcast, but the activity (responses) will not. These will be zeroed out.
