Presenter/Producer Troubleshooting for Missing Controls
Overview:
If a customer opens a ticket with the symptoms of missing Camera and/or Microphone controls, but they're able to connect, this is the correct procedure to follow to resolve their issues.

Always start with the StudioTest
Allow full test to complete
- If StudioTest passes, but camera and/or mic controls are missing when entering into the Studio presenter console, have the customer delete their local datastore.
How to Delete the Local Datastore:

Have the customer go to the following URL:
Then have them click the Remove all shown button -
Chrome:
chrome://settings/content/all?searchSubpage=onlinexperiences.com
Have the customer go to the following URL:
Then have them click the Delete displayed data button
IMPORTANT: Close ALL open browser instances and tabs and retest.
Removal of the local datastore should trigger the camera/mic permissions again
