Presenter/Producer Troubleshooting for Missing Controls

Overview:
If a customer opens a ticket with the symptoms of missing Camera and/or Microphone controls, but they're able to connect, this is the correct procedure to follow to resolve their issues.

  1. Always start with the StudioTest
    Allow full test to complete
     
  2. If StudioTest passes, but camera and/or mic controls are missing when entering into the Studio presenter console, have the customer delete their local datastore.

How to Delete the Local Datastore:

IMPORTANT: Close ALL open browser instances and tabs and retest.
Removal of the local datastore should trigger the camera/mic permissions again
