Q. Why are my slides cut off in the webcast recording file?

A. This issue occurs when the slides panel is positioned outside of the webcast's viewport.

The viewport is an invisible rectangle which will be horizontally centered in the viewer's available space, or left aligned if the viewer's screen size is smaller than the specified viewport size. Its dimensions determine the size of a panel when maximized, and the distance to move when the workspace is shifted.

"Ignore Workspace Viewport Settings" option can be used when you have added panels in the layout that are outside our recommended viewport frame (see below screenshot for the frame size example) or if you would like to have  a recording of slides panel only.

Note -If your webcast is using the standard console or if screen share is conducted in the webcast, you will want to keep it unchecked.
