Q: Why is the incoming bitrate showing differently than what I have it set to?
A: If you have your session set to 800kbps, it will likely show at 928kbps. The reason is because audio is set to 128kbps PLUS the video of 800kbps. (128kbps + 800kbps = 928kbps)
NOTE: The quality setting in the attendee view differs. In dash (i.e. modern browsers), it shows the video bitrate (so one would see 800kbps following the example from above). In IE11, the indicator on the player will show the combined bitrate because HLS is interleaved (so these users would see 928kbps).
