How do I remove the option to fast forward through an on demand webcast?

When a webcast is placed on demand, by default, forward seeking is enabled.  Meaning, the attendee can fast forward through the webcast as desired.

To disable the ability, toggle Disable Forward Seeking to the green position.  By doing this, attendees can no longer fast forward through the on demand webcast.
