Slides only Recording creates Full Console mp4

QUESTION: Why, when requesting a Slide only Webcast Recording does the Full Console still displays in my MP4 file?

ANSWER: This issue occurs due to the panels not being in the foreground layer.

When the webcast recording is generating, we always capture the background panels, and modify the foreground panels. 

The background panels are always captured as those are items clients always want displayed, such as background images for watermarking or logos.

Due to the panels all being in the background, our system does not apply the "Slides only" option. 

To ensure the Slides Panel is captured correctly, all the main panels in the console will need to be made as a Foreground Layer.
