BrandTV Admin Settings

The Settings menu is where you can access Channel level settings, manage users, set up redirects, or create integrations.

General

The General section includes the highest level of channel details. Change items such as the Channel name, description, logo, thumbnail, appearance, connect SSO, configure email details and redirects.

Themes

Themes give you centralized control over the visual identity of your experience. Create and manage color palettes that align with your brand, then apply them consistently across both your Sites and Projects.

Use one of the built-in themes or build your own to deliver a polished, cohesive look throughout your entire channel experience.

Thumbnails

Thumbnails allow you to apply graphic designs to media that appear within your BrandTV sites. BrandTV includes a handful of default thumbnail options and users may also upload their own.

Members

The members section is where you can control and grant access to your Channel. Admins can grant access by adding a user’s email, selecting their role, and can choose whether to provide access to all projects or a specific subset by folders.

For more information on granting access, click here.

Integrations

Manage any channel wide integrations from the Integrations section. Click here to get support from the Solutions team in setting up new integrations.

AI Settings

Configure which model powers each type of AI generation in your channel.

API Keys

The API menu is your central hub for managing integrations between Brandlive and external platforms or services. From this area, users can view existing API keys, monitor active credentials, and generate new keys as needed for custom workflows or third-party integrations.
