Third party registration directing users to Brandlive Registration after registering

Update: This is resolved.

 

We are currently aware of an on issue on BrandTV and Brandlive Platform, affecting third party registration, where the user registering is directed to the Brandlive Registration form instead of the event itself.

 

Next update no later than 3:00 p.m. ET.

    Deployment of the fix is still in progress.

    A fix has been identified, and work is underway to deploy it.

    Previous Update 10:30 a.m. ET on September 15:
    This issue is also impacting users who attempt to register again on the Brandlive registration page
