Third party registration directing users to Brandlive Registration after registering

Update: Deployment of the fix is still in progress.

Previous update: A fix has been identified, and work is underway to deploy it.

Previous update: This issue is also impacting users who attempt to register again on the Brandlive registration page

We are currently aware of an on issue on BrandTV and Brandlive Platform, affecting third party registration, where the user registering is directed to the Brandlive Registration form instead of the event itself.

 

Next update no later than 3:00 p.m. ET.
